Little Pools of light, the light before lockdown Blackpool, UK.

During 30 days in November 2020, I made a call out across social media for 30 people to partake in a postal project exploring exchange, traditional exhibition, circumstance and what a postcard from Blackpool might be.

Thirty photographs, later postcards explore a walk from the town centre to Central Pier on the evening before the UK went into lockdown for a second time - Did you ever visit Blackpool.

Is handwriting obsolete? Home cook or take out? Where is the best place you travelled to? Chocolate or cheese?

Eternal Youth or unmeasurable talent? What was the best Christmas Present you ever got? What makes you happy?

What is your first ever memory? Do you wear a watch? What did you want to be when you were little?

Are you happy? Trainers or shoes? Did you believe in the tooth fairy? Save or spend? Are you afraid?

What would you order off a McDonalds menu right now? Can you skateboard? Is art accessible? Twitter of Facebook?

How many times is too many Blackpool or Skegness? Tea or Coffee? Who is your favourite person?

Did you take the bins out? Would you describe yourself as northern or southern? When was the last time you went to the sea?
